At Oh Three Hundred hours ZULU, or 10:00 PM EST, this site will go down for a major hardware upgrade. The current server will swapped out and replaced wiha new, bigger, better, faster server. We expect the site to go self aware within seconds, so ANYTHING COULD HAPPEN.

But don’t worry. We’ll be back.

In theory (and we all know that all theories are totally made up) the process should take several hours, so the soonest we would be back is around midnight 1:00 AM eastern. I don’t recall seeing too many server migrations that did not result in glitches. Of course, the server migrations with no glitches tend to be invisible and not memorable.
