This then affects the way that we approach questions. As people we decide what to accept and what to discount based on how the information we receive incorporates into our accumulated experiences and understandings and the sorts of feedback that we have gotten on the way that we process information….

  1. I fail to see how tabula rasa can be a vessel waiting to be filled. A cleared slate will not make a terribly good container. Perhaps a plane waiting to have things piled upon it? Now if we can only prevent religions from heaping truckloads of cow manure onto those slates …
