Actually, Obamacare was just a modified version of the Republican plan. That’s why the Republicans have so much trouble in replacing it. The plan was “born” in a conservative think tank and successfully pioneered in Massachusetts by none other than Mits Romney. President Obama thought it was good enough to appropriate and from that moment on the Republicans never acknowledged its parentage and couldn’t say enough bad things about it. Just another example of the modern Republican assholery.
