the concern with this play is that it looks like the players on the other team deferred to the coaches on the tricky team. Is that classy at this level?
Good question. There was another play like this a while back when the center called a time out or something but in a way that doesn’t count (like, the center can’t call a time out?) and he walked past both the offensive and defensive line and then ran in the touchdown. Might be worth looking into that one too.
I will wait patiently for this to come up in the NFL. Seriously. The Vikings could use this play.
