Salt Lake Tribune endorses Obama
http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/opinion/55019844-82/romney-obama-state-president.html.csp
Probably wont make much difference, but interesting, might be good in an ad.
You mean to tell me that a politician is a liar? A flip flopper? Not good to what they say they will do or claim to have done? Could this possibly be true! Well heck, lets all cast our votes for Obama because he isn’t a liar….oh wait..yup…he actually is! They all are. What is the point exactly?
People are attaching *way* too much meaning to that Salt Lake Trib endorsement, and here’s why:
1. Romney isn’t from Utah
2. The Trib isn’t a “Mormon” paper, that’s the Deseret News
3. The Trib is pretty centrist as editorial sections go (as opposed to the Deseret News, which is clearly conservative).
