very nice and i have see a few over in St Paul on Summit Ave but my local friend,i’m in Mpls, tells me it’s expensive to have one in front of you home, like $400.my source of give away books, hit and miss,is on the front step of a quirky book shop in South Mpls.
Greg/All..it’s the Book Trader at 5344 34th Ave.just a few blocks West of the Vets Hospital.
it’s a love it or hate it sort of place stuffed with not just books but every sort of odd and end you can think of.
don’t bump your head on the Buffalo mount as you walk in.
bring a lunch, you will need it.explore the back rooms.
the lady who owns it really knows her books,i asked if she had “the road to wigan pier” and got a 5 minute run down on why some of Orwell’s lesser known works are hard to find in the US.i go in a few times a month,i have not seen anything like it in the Midwest or maybe anywhere.
