My nephew, LeRoy Bell, is a finalist on the X-Factor talent show.
He’s quite a good singer, a talented musician, and an excellent song writer. In addition to this, a lot of people have remarked about how such an old codger like LeRoy can look so young. Here, we have LeRoy’s beauty tips.
- Stop eating beef or pork after you turn 25!
- Exercise as much as possible, no less than 3 times a week!
- Push away from the table every now and then; concentrate on quality food not quantity!
- Drink plenty of water also drink a glass of red wine with dinner, but no more!
- Don’t feel you have to look, act, or dress a certain way just because of your age!
- Find something you want to do for the rest of your life, and don’t do it for the money, do it because it makes you happy even if it doesn’t please all those around you.

I’m curious — why does he always wear a head cap?
Since I am braising english short ribs, all day, over low heat, I have opted to put my fingers in my ears and scream “LA LA LA” instead of even considering item #1 on the list.
Also, I’m well past 25 now, so I guess the damage is done.
LeRoy is 60.
He doesn’t always wear one, actually. At least not in real life. But he does seem to have been photographed in one a lot lately.

Sixty? Damn. I’ve been asked if I’m my son’s grandfather, and I’m only 44. Of course, if the secret is to stop eating beef and pork, so be it.

I’ve got a friend who’s a year younger than his nephew. He’s 25 years younger than his siblings though, he was a bit of an accident 😉
Nemo, I’m the youngest of my siblings by a long shot. My sister is about ten years older (not 25!) and had her daughter when she was fairly young. Said daughter married LeRoy, who is fairly older than she, so I ended up with a Newphew older than myself even though I’m told he looks younger! Bastard!
