I think these high five guys have made a lot of videos, which might help explain what we are seeing. Or maybe not.
So that’s why President Obama and Chief Justice Roberts had have another go at the Oath of Office is it? I saw them both holding their hands up but I didn’t see them make actual contact at the inauguration.
