Most people are too cowed by authority figures to do that. The last episode though (kinda sped through the others so there may be other examples) he’s definitely in the wrong – states have a legitimate and reasonable right to search vehicles for produce that could be harmful to the state’s agricultural industry.
Don’t they have to see an orange peel or something?
