Police are still allowed to clear the park if there is an \u201coutbreak of violence\u201d or a catastrophe such as a fire, she said.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bostonherald.com\/news\/regional\/view.bg?articleid=1381485\">source<\/a> <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A state &#8220;supreme&#8221; court (meaning a lower level state court) in New York State and a County level Court in Massachetts disagree on pretty much the same issue.
