That site was taken down early today or late yesterday, with the comment from the Hauser’s lawyer that it would stay down until certain “ramifications” were explored.

So, I was poking around this afternoon looking for ramifications and stuff, and instead found that the site is back up.

Since the last site disappeared without a trace, I made a copy of this one as soon as I found it.

Among other things, the site says:

…When their oncologist learned they were not moving forward with the next round of chemotherapy, he felt this was medical neglect and sought a court injunction, claiming that there is a 90 percent cure rate in Hodgkin lymphoma with chemotherapy. The judge in the case threatened to take Danny out of the home, put him in foster care and let the state government make the medical decisions for Danny in conjunction with the doctor rather than his parents.

The question for every parent in the United States is “How would you feel to have your child taken from you to become a ward of the state and to have all medical decisions taken out of your hands?” The Hauser’s were horrified to learn that this is possible in America…. They have since learned that there are complementary therapies that may help Danny stay strong during any conventional chemotherapy or radiation treatments and that a low dose of chemotherapy may be sufficient and do less harm. None of these other approaches were presented to the Hauser’s by the treating oncologist.

In mid-May, faced with the loss of custody of her son, and with Danny threatening to run away if she agreed to the Court’s decision to force chemotherapy, Colleen, upon the advice of their attorney, Calvin P. Johnson, left the home with Danny without providing contact information. There was discussion that she would take Danny to a well known doctor in Mexico …. Seven days later, Colleen and Danny returned to their home and the arrest warrant was dismissed.

  …

The site is here. If it vanishes and you want to see it, let me know.

[previously discussed here]

[see also discussion here: Daniel Hauser, fundraising, and “health freedom”]

Danny Hauser, 13 year old shaman with cancer, recently returned from foray from the courts with his mother, now in treatment, had a web site dedicated to raising money for his ‘treatment’ (seemingly for the CAM part of his treatment … he is otherwise covered by insurance).
