TED, Anderson says, tries \u201cto steer clear of talks that are bound to descend into the same dismal partisan head-butting people\u201d and that Hanauer \u201cframed the issue in a way that was explicitly partisan.\u201d The upshot, though, is that he\u2019s letting viewers decide for themselves.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Chris Anderson was abysmally wrong to call this partisan.
