Is she or is she not going to run for re-election to Congress?  <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nWell, at the moment, Bachmann insists that her campaign is going just fine and she plans to keep running for President.  I would think, though, that if she was truly optimistic, and if she is trusting in God who told her to run in the first place, that she&#8217;s simply tell everyone in her district that she won&#8217;t be running for Congress, so they can move on and prepare for not having her as their representative.
