Henry A. Waxman released a report comparing the impacts of climate change in members\u2019 districts with members\u2019 voting records.  The report found a widespread \u201cclimate disconnect\u201d in the voting records of the Republican members representing the districts most affected by the soaring temperatures in 2012.  They cast anti-climate votes 96% of the time.  No similar \u201cclimate disconnect\u201d was found in the voting records of House Democrats.
