Other NPR reporters use Ayesha’s name. Mara Liasson pointedly does not. She really sounds like a Karen.

The only possible defense is that it’s made it into the general way of talking about it, but that’s a failure of the media too.

One question: should “perennial financial report” be “perennial financial support“?
