Number three refers to the Iowa caucuses, but shows a map of Europe. And number four refers to "Oslo, Germany" — putting Norway's capital in the wrong country.

Oh, and hey — these are all from Fox News! Some more proof that people who watch that channel are less well informed than people who watch no news at all.

The trickiest one is Japan. You can’t solve it by looking at maps.

True. That map shows some plants that are out of action, and omits some that still operate.

As of March 2021, 10 years after the accident, only five plants with a total of nine reactors have gained the agreement of local residents to resume operations: ?i and Takahama (Kansai Electric Power Company), Genkai and Sendai (Ky?sh? Electric Power Company), and Ikata (Shikoku Electric Power Company). These plants are all based in western Japan and are pressurized water reactors, which differ from the Fukushima Daiichi plant with its boiling water reactors. Since the 2011 disaster, Japan’s power companies have decided to decommission a total of 21 reactors.

Also, there were two NPPs named Fukushima — Fukushima Daiichi (the one that melted down) and Fukushima Daiini, a few miles down the coast (undamaged, but shut down.)

So, if they speak Spanish, they must be in Mexico. Except if they speak Chinese, they are in Brazil. Bolivia's been annexed by Argentina. Right? Some of these are pretty easy, but I had to look up the map for a few of them. I do know that even though the Nazis invaded Norway, I am pretty sure that it's Norway again. And I don't think that there are many fishing villages in western Bulgaria and they don't get got to vote in the Iowa Caucuses.
