Thanks for pointing out this book by Doris Kearns Goodwin. I can’t imagine finding the time to read this or any other book of its size … but it’s definitely on my wish list.

Maybe it’s hard for me to read entire books now … but that won’t prevent me from falling asleep while re-listening to the audiobook version of “War of the Worlds” … which somehow seems very appropriate, these days …

Reading it second doesn’t make sense, since events in “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe” are referenced in all the other books.
