					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve said it repeatedly and I&#039;ll repeat it again - nature integrates the impact on the climate of human fossil carbon emissions, and no amount of denial of the science will change this, nor will any obfuscation about whether a particular event is the result of these carbon emissions.

Politicians, wealthy/influential vested interests, and useful idiots alike will all have to face the fact that our society will at some point not be able to sustain the ever-growing cost of the increased climate extremes that result from human-caused global warming, and that the integrity of the planet&#039;s biodiversity will definitely not be able to cope in the face of these same climate changes.  It&#039;s a tragedy that we are still at the point where this is not acknowledged, and just to underscore the folly of deniers some of Australia&#039;s rabid conservatives are saying that global warming is actually a good thing:
