This sounds more like people getting it on during the holiday season than people getting it on because of particularly cold winter weather. The latter, if it were the cause of a baby boom, would have mothers hitting the maternity wards in October and November.

What&#039;s the pattern for Oregon and Washington? The weather pattern that brought cold weather to Minnesota brought unseasonably warm weather to the Pacific Northwest, so if they see the same baby boom, it&#039;s more of a holiday thing than a cold winter thing.]]></description>
