					<description><![CDATA[This has nothing to do with conformity of thought.  Trademarks are the opposite of liberty.  By removing the trademark protection of the name, more people will have the ability to use it.  Fewer trademarks = More Liberty.  The team can keep using the name, they just can&#039;t stop others from using it as well.

Since it&#039;s well known that Snyder cares about money above all other things, you can rest assured that the team will have a new name right after the appeals fail (if they do).]]></description>
