The start of the next sentence – “Almost all the conflicts I’ve observed in this milieu are problems that were already out there somewhere but in many cases hidden and thus unacknowledged.” – END of next sentence.

“Conflicts” – Plural. “Problems” – Plural. “Cases” – Plural. “Many” – Plural. The ONLY SINGULAR point appears to be – that a bunch of PLURAL thingies are out there – are hidden – and are unacknowledged.

SO – the SINGLULAR POINT – appears to be – that MANY are hidden and unacknowledged – and others – may or may not be hidden – and just possibly – the ones that are neither hidden nor non-hidden – are not even in existence – but could be in existence – IF SOMEONE put them out there – but then, they could either be hidden or non-hidden. ETC.

SO, Greg, the SINGULAR POINT IS – ?????????????????
