					<description><![CDATA[Things have sure changed since 1968. Then all we had to do was pack the DFL precinct caucuses with McCarthy people, vote in our delegates, and we had the 5th Congressional District (Minneapolis) in our hands. That gave us control of all the Minneapolis wards and their delegates to the state convention. While we walked around a lot, I don&#039;t recall it having anything to do with caucuses. :)]]></description>
