Actually I reckon HD 14926 b might be the go for them. It’s the hottest and blackest known exoplanet with an extreme temperature of 2,040 degrees Celsius requiring lots of heat absorption and minimal heat reflecting. HD 14926 b is a transiting Hot Jove with 70-90 times the mass of Earth – so there’s plenty of room for Rush Limbaugh when he visits – and is 257 light-years away.

They’d only try to terraform it, make a hideous mess of it, then spend even more money on an ad campaign to make it look like a stunning success and get a generation of paultards and other suckers to buy into another fake “frontier” myth.

By them some asteroids instead — it’s cheaper and leaves more organic material for more honest enterpreneurs.
