					<description><![CDATA[@Monado -- It doesn&#039;t matter whether or not you&#039;re doing anything to come to their attention; all it takes is one cop deciding that you&#039;re suspicious because you just happen to be walking along the same block as a suspected pot dealer. And gods help you if one of &#039;em sees a cloud of (cigarette) smoke exit your mouth, you&#039;ll get slammed with a ticket for possession. (Totally true -- that ticket happened to me.)

Try to stay off their radar all you want, just be aware that it&#039;s not going to stop them if they decide you&#039;re worth their time.]]></description>
