And gods help you if one of ’em sees a cloud of (cigarette) smoke exit your mouth, you’ll get slammed with a ticket for possession. (Totally true — that ticket happened to me.)

Try to stay off their radar all you want, just be aware that it’s not going to stop them if they decide you’re worth their time.
