I’m a developer, but I mainly deal with sites on a small-to-medium scale.

I’d be interested to hear some real-world reasoning that’s gone into the decision around choosing servers.

Mainly any Virtual Server vs. Dedicated Machine sort of stuff.

Just curious. If you’re not at liberty to discuss or don’t want to open yourself up to nit-picky tech nerds in the comments, that’s all good.

Yeah, I heard/read that. I thought it was kind of cruel and off topic. And kind of retaliatory.

But I thought a bit about your spider web analogy, and yes, you are right–but the wind blows in all directions–you know that. And relationships are so, um, relative.

And you might not like to hear it, but there are things that are more fragile than this dialogue.

And relationships are a great idea too; but BIN? Some of us, who were once the good guys, just like you? are living in the margins for reasons that were directly precipitated by othering dialogues that fail massively to account for the swing vote.

That ain’t necessarily cool. But yeah–your server sucks…blip, blip…403 ERROR…
