					<description><![CDATA[I am going to my local occupy event on Oct sixth. There have been a couple of protests already, but I don&#039;t think Occupy Houston will be that big. No matter, we have a very interesting protest history here. Back in the late 50&#039;s and early 60&#039;s we didn&#039;t desegregate the the way most cities in the South did. I correspond with a few people in the Occupy Houston movement. I plan to set up a little booth to accept donations for the Houston 100 Club scholarship fund. This fund helps children of HPD officers who die in the line of duty attend college. Let&#039;s see the cops bust me for that.]]></description>
