					<description><![CDATA[I &lt;b&gt;demand&lt;/b&gt; that equal time be given in class to the teaching of the &lt;b&gt;phlogiston theory&lt;/b&gt;.  Whilst I know about it, the time spent in the chemistry, physics and maths that I studied, in full consideration of its many values was derisory compared with the wild theories (and they&#039;re only theories) about oxygen. &lt;b&gt;Have you ever seen Oxygen?&lt;/b&gt; I rest my case.
