I must confess I used your subject as an excuse to express my opinion regarding the difference in how the subject of L. cyclotis and the sasquatch were and are handled. The matter of the forest elephant shows science to good advantage, the matter of the sasquatch reflects poorly on researchers and debunkers alike. Oh, not all of them, but all too many of them.

I will add, though, that different parts of the elephant can taste quite different from other parts.
