He is ordered to the ground. His mother comes out and is manhandled by police. Young man lifts his head in distress and is shot, very nearly killed. Policeman is exonerated – just an accident.
Happened about a mile from where I’m sitting in a “nice” neighborhood. You can guess the colors of the cop and the man. (see “Robbie Tolan”)
