She can’t help being what she is, and neither can anybody else. She moralizes at other people because she enjoys the high ground where everybody else is beneath her, and she has no equals, and she is absolutely unable to see her own faults.

She can lie nonstop and still believe she is utterly truthful. She can insult everyone and still believe she has a kind heart. And so on and so on.

Nobody can fix what’s wrong with her.

They do tend to seem smarter than they really are because the people they riff on are so exceedingly stupid. Maher is definitely a case in point.

So terrible, anyone who thinks that God will take care of problems for them should not be elected to office. Although I am a little wary of judging someone based on things they said 20 years ago. Surely she’s said some stupid things more recently?
