Parking was a bit of a pain. If I recall correctly, this focus was ultimately on college education, which is not where the real problems are. To talk with the faculty teaching some of the intro biology classes, we are already pretty well fucked. The chronic exposure of K-12 students to creationism (~25% of students in Minnesota) or avoidance of evolution as a concept is the problem.
