We were walking along the beach and my twin daughters found a bird egg. Unable to tell me exactly where so that we could return it we were forced to take it home. They wanted to 'hatch' it so to 'amuse' them I placed it under a light in the kitchen in a shoe box. I did not think anything would come of it and everyday they looked at the egg hodling it listening to it. Today we actually heard a tweet inside the egg. What do we do now?! What shall we feed it? From a search on the net I found it to be an oystercatcher egg.
