Commerce between master and slave is despotism. Nothing is written more certainly in the book of faith than that these people are to be free.

I’d just say if all the American slaves were Israelites, then yes, Deuteronomy 24:7 says their owners should be put to death. Other forms of slavery aren’t quite so clear however (Exodus 21)
