I see this is an old thread found through my search of “But what about the buffalo?” In the Chicago area, we have a cable channelmcalled “Decades,”and they have been playing Laugh In reruns, beginning with the pilot, which barely resembles the actual eventual series. I loved Henry Gibson, Arte Johnson, Alan Seuss, Ruth Buzzi, JoAnn Worley, and Gary Owens, (as Morgul the Friendly Drelb).

My favorite Henry Gibson skit was one where he was standing with his hands clasped in front of him with a grand piano behind him. He sang one line: “You don’t have to be happy to be gay.”
