Whether he’s an arrogant prick, or wore a short skirt, does not change the fact that he never broke the law, but was arrested anyway. If he had broken then law, he would have been charged.

The police officer arrested a man, who had done nothing wrong, and then lied on the police report?

Yes, but if true that would be in disagreement with her 911 and interview. I don’t think we can assume this is correct.

I am not Ralph, but notice the cop says “two black guys”. That is never what the caller said. Also the caller went out of her way to point out this may not be burglary.
