You mean the 1998 playoffs? That&#039;s not the last time the Vikings were in the playoffs. In 2004, they beat Green Bay even though Minnesota was only 8-8 (only the second team to be at 8-8 and win in the playoffs).]]></description>

No more football for you, Greg.  They lost by a field goal.  In overtime.  I guess it was more horrible to come so close and fail, but I wouldn&#039;t classify it as losing badly.]]></description>
