It was interesting to hear the “fair and balanced” hosts consistently referring to it as a “Christmas tree.” And Fr. Jonathan Morris makes such a wonderful display of Christian charity.

The tree is a “Christian symbol of Christmas”? WTF!!?My 21yo son, who was in the room while I was watching the video, exploded “YOU LIARS!” on hearing that.Now I begin to see the problem: these idiots think the Christians own all the fugging Xmas symbols — even the ones they swiped from other cultures in the first place. Ignorant morons. Geez, even when I was a fundamentalist, I could tell the difference.

I shouldn’t be shocked, but I am. Do Fox and the Priest think that Christians own Pine trees? I would have thought they would have tried to shy away from the simple fact that there are no spruce or pine trees in the Bethlehem. I’m waiting for them to make the claim that Christians created the yule log. It’s only a matter of time until they make the claim.
