					<description><![CDATA[Although this is an interesting idea, it in no way makes an accurate judgment of an individual vote&#039;s worth.While not a applying to all students, the vast majority of the NYU student population has no concept of the actual value of money and an overinflated sense of self-value.The fact that a years tuition (30k+) and an ipod touch and a million dollars are the ways in which an amount of money is judged illustrates this.I think if you sampled the general populace, you would get a much more reasonable response to a single vote&#039;s value. Something on the order of $5 to $10 (2004 election: 122 million votes, $702 million spent by candidates, this election, obviously more per vote).I think that if it were allowed, a decent percent of the population would trade their vote in a given year for $20 outside of the polling station.]]></description>
