					<description><![CDATA[I tried this with half a filleted bird (not enough time to do a whole one).&#160; A few observations:&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;There are no drippings for gravy.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;The half-bird fillet doesn&#039;t cover as much of the stuffing as one might like, and the rest does not receive any drippings.&#160; If I was going to do this again, I would make the stuffing semi-damp (mine was very dry) and squish it up so it all underlies the meat.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;When I take it out of the fridge tomorrow, I&#039;m going to separate the dry stuffing and give it a shot of bouillion.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[That sounds awesome... but I think I am going to chicken out on trying this on the in-laws for Thanksgiving, I got an extra turkey in the freezer though and may try it for just me and my wife around xmas.  Deboning a large raw turkey is intimidating, just not sure how well my first go at it will succeed.]]></description>
