Dick Clark has been around so long that many pictures of him are no longer covered by copyright. Yet he was always in his 40s.
Dick Clark’s American Bandstand ran from 1957 to 1987, and Clark hosted ABC’s version of New Years Eve from 1972 until 2003 or 4. Clark died of a heart attack. He was born in 1929.

  1. This only happened because he renouced his deal with the Elder Gods, and they returned him to mortality.

    Another death attributable to religion.

  2. In fact he still hosted New Year’s Rockin’ Eve, sort of, as recently as this year. He could barely speak the last few years, and many of his duties were passed to Ryan Seacrest, but he was there for the countdown.
