  1. Those damned mosquito things,I could hear them until I was in my late forties…….and for a while everywhere deployed them.
    These measures would only work where young people are gathered for any length of time,and they do work surprisingly well,however I am sure that those committing acts of graffiti and vandalism won’t hang around long enough for worries about visible acne or deeply annoying sounds to be an issue.

  2. The McDonald’s in downtown Dallas used to pipe classical music to the speakers outside to keep teens and the homeless from loitering outside.

    I always wondered if it attracted that dangerous crowd of over 40 professionals to hang on the corner.
