  1. “Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are even incapable of forming such opinions.”
“I prefer an attitude of humility corresponding to the weakness of our intellectual understanding of nature and of our own being.” – A.E.

All religious doctrine and some “science” resides squarely in the domain of speculation.
Use you time to wisely decide what it is you believe, rather than wasting it mocking the beliefs you don’t understand.
With you being a cultural anthropologist, I would have expected more from this blog than to see this irrelevant drivel.
“The bigotry of the nonbeliever is for me nearly as funny as the bigotry of the believer.” -A.E.

  2. Who is “A.E.”?

And as an ex-believer, I would say this video very aptly broaches subjects that most Christians can’t or won’t think about.

    More “Sunday Morning Contemplations”, please!

    Who is “A.E.”?

I’m not sure, but based on the intellectual level of the quotes, likely Alfred E. Neumann.
