  1. The other cool thing to point out about Linux is that all your software gets updated like that, not just the OS and some critical apps. You don’t need individual update managers for each application.

  2. And, generally speaking, the updating does not involve one company’s software update damaging another company’s software update, nagging the user to change the “default” software, selling stuff, or asking for unending clicks on various EULA’s.

    Linux. It just works.
